Getting started

We offer a free consultation in a freindly and relaxed atmosphere, covering style options, colour combinations, and the variety and quantity of hair you will need to get the overall look you require.

You can also browse the photographs in our portfolio to help you choose your ideal style, and we keep a selection of hair extension samples so that you can feel the hair quality for yourself, prior to application. During the consultation appointment you will have an opportunity to view some “before and after” photos of our existing clients. Testimonials have also been written by some of our clients, and these are published throughout our website.

Contact us to discuss the hairstyle you’re looking for, and to arrange a free consultation with no obligation. Note that we will advise customers against having hair extensions applied if the condition of their hair is unsuitable - especially if we consider that the application of extensions would cause damage to their natural hair.

 

Application Procces

At the Human Hair Extension Company we take pride in achieving customer satisfaction. The following aspects of our application process ensure the best results, whatever your hair type :

• Only the highest quality 100% European human hair is used, which is selected for the best colour and texture match to your own hair.
• Our bonding system enables smaller attachments that are undetectable – giving a soft, silky and natural look and feel.
• We maintain complete control over the bond size, so that close-to-parting and fringe work is possible. We can also avoid the “free zone area”, allowing the client to put her hair up without any bonds showing.

Products

The Human Hair Extension Company only uses real imported human hair. This is more durable and will inevitably appear more natural than synthetic hair. We also offer a variety of hair care products, including free shampoo and conditioner and a hairbrush that will be compatible with your extensions.

We recommend that you use Clarifying shampoo and conditioner for washing, and a pure bristle hairbrush for brushing – free samples are provided to get you started.

Aftercare

As part of our service we provide our clients with an aftercare sheet, and a do’s and don’ts instruction sheet. Full after care support is available should you be unsure about how to look after your hair extensions – and you can phone us anytime for advice.  We also offer low cost maintenance appointments if necessary, where we can maintain your extensions and advise you on washing, styling and general care:

• 4 to 6 weekly maintenance appointments – these enable us to check that you are looking after your hair extensions, to re-seal any loosened bonds and to re-apply any bonds that may have come out.
• Top ups – a few months after application, your hair extensions may start to thin before they are due to be removed. In this case you can attend a top up appointment where we will restore your hair extensions to be as good as new.
