What hair is best?
Cuticle hair.The Human Hair Extension Company only use the best quality hair on the market, every silky strand is consistent from root to tip. We only use imported human hair for the most natural look and feel.
How much do hair extensions cost?
It all depends on your own hair, what length and style you require, a consultation will be needed before quotation.
How do I know my Extensions Artist is a professional?
All Professional stylists should have a qualification in Hair Extension Application. If unsure ask to see their Certification or ask which college they trained at. Ask if you can contact one of his/her long term clients. Most hair extensions clients like to remain anonymous but there is always at least one who would love to let the world know what a great job they had done on their hair. We do not want to worry people nor concern clients unnecessarily but there are real horror stories around hair that has been damaged, or money wasted on a sub standard product or service.
Can I wear my hair up?
Yes if applied correctly the hair extensionist will be aware of the free zone area. This is where the extensions will not be applied, allowing the client to put her hair up and back without any bonds showing.
How long can my extensions be?
The most popular length is just below bra level; The hair sxtension are available in 16, 18,20,22, and 24 inch lengths. Longer extensions than these can cause your hair to tangle unnecessarily.

Can I Colour my hair with extensions in?
Yes, but you will need to avoid getting colour on your extensions.

How long will my extensions last?
This depends on how well you follow the after-care advice-particularly with respect to washing and styling. If you keep up with maintenance checks then your extensions should last for up to five months, after which it is normally advisable to have them removed. A top up service is available, where weakened bonds and lost extensions can be replaced- extending the life of your new style.
How are the extensions put in?
Human hair extensions are applied using small resin bonds. The extensions are applied in neat uniform rows leaving out the hair line, so that the bond cannot be seen.
Does it hurt? Will it pull my hair out?
No If applied correctly and removed properly hair extensions will not cause stress to your own hair.
Can I go swimming with extensions?
Yes you can go swimming or go to the beach. Treat your extensions the way you would with your own natural hair. Always wash after swimming and always protect your head if in the sun.
How do I take care of my Extensions?
We provide you with all the after-care information you need in the leaflet, and we also offer a maintenance appointment after the first four to six weeks. we strongly reccommend that you use the appropriate shampoo, conditioner and hairbrush. These are supplied free with your after-care leaflet.
